What year model is this Evinrude 115 ?

Hi guys,

I'm about to begin a BIG restoration and I thought I would jump over here and see what you can tell me about the year model of my motor.

Model #: E115TLCN8 (the 8 looks like it could be a B, but I think its an 8)
Serial #: J0137659

I dont know whether or not the year of mfg. is supposed to be stamped on the motor somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it. A few years ago, I had the motor serviced and was told it must be around 1982, but the guy didnt seem to be very sure of himself. Except that the skeg is bent and a new prop would be nice, it has been a pretty good motor. It's not original to the boat. When I originally looked at the boat, there was no motor on it and the dealership that I bought it from offered me this motor to complete the boat, and I took it.

According to the model/year chart, its a 1982 model... look at the link for other info you can get from the model number...
