I added the completed job with new STAINLESS fender pics at the bottom.. Bought a new left over, 190 CX DC,200 Optimax from Freedom last June..Nothing but praise on customer service..This summer I noticed my fenders on dual axle trailer looking close to tires, also a dimple in fenders on both sides and the tires had been rubbing on bottom of fenders. The pop rivets were worn that held on the aluminum tread plates. Its an MFI trailer. I called and spoke with MFI, customer service. I was told I didn't have ANY warranty due to bankruptcy. My owners manual says 2 YRS..I called Scott and explained the issue... he told me he would take care of it, even called the next day to find out when I wanted to bring it in. I dropped it off. Service manager Jeff Sparks called and said he had been on the phone several times with Ranger rep..Scott Riggs. They offered 4 new springs and STAINLESS fenders. WOW! Mine are black, Jeff said he didn't want to try to match the black metalic paint, he's that meticulous.. I can't say enough about their support after the sale..MANY THANKS to FREEDOM ,Platinum Equity & Ranger for honoring our warranty after their bankruptcy issues. I'm 58, have owned several bass boats. If I buy another, I won't look anywhere else! I will post pics when its done.<br /><br />

They (Stratos/Champion) treated me the same way with my 2008-201. The fenders had some type of adhesive on them that ate into the paint. I asked for replacements and made a deal if they would send me SS ones, that I would swap them out myself. Top notch company whenever I have needed them.

I have an 09 198 that I bought new a little over a year ago, and my fenders did the same thing. I've just been living with it. Maybe I should give Ranger a call.

I bought mine new a year ago in June..Your best route is going through your dealer.Freedom handled everything for me,took pics and sent them to Ranger,handled all the phone CALLS.Mine had gotten so weak the pivot blocks that hold spring eyes were hitting the bottom of the trailer frame.Your dealer carries the MOST WEIGHT.They know who to talk with.

These are the updated pics on my warranty work through Freedom.FIRST CLASS.Ranger supplied all springs,updated with 4 leafs,(original had 3 leaf) they are also armor coated same as the new Elite trailers,should help with corrosion.And Supplied STAINLESS fenders.All they had was Stratos Elite fenders fenders,I said that was fine.Nothing against Stratos,I wanted it to look original.So I contacted Iguana,let him work his magic(Pics dont dont do them justice,all colors are metalflake incluging gold oval) matches gold on stripes on ChampioN.Thanks again FREEDOM, really appreciate the support.

The dealer I bought the boat from now sells Phoenix. I haven't gotten a response from him yet. We'll see what happens. I want a aluminum one
