Elite Decals did this one for me 4-5 years ago and no problems with fading or peeling.

I can never get a straight answer on this..

When we get a logo from the Lizard, does the owner of the Champion Logo get royalties?

When I was on my Winner Kick, I kept him in mind because it looks like he does great work. WINNER Corp was dissolved royalties were a non issue.

I think it is one less thing you need to worry about. The answer is No. The company no longer exists, and I have heard nothing about PE taking over the logo. There are places all over the country who do decals and embroidery of the logo.

Don't think it would be a royalty issue more of a trade mark infringement. As Lea says they are no longer in business so the point is moot. BTW Darryl made a set of WINNER decals for me last year for a customers boat that I restored for him. Looked just like original.
