Tried Mark Croxton's razor 4 today....

So I was able to test a 25 Razor 4 (4 blade) prop today and overall it was a great runner on my 198. The holeshot was super quick, went from 30-60 in no time, it ran just a touch over 70 at around 5600-5650 rpms, thats with a medium load in the boat. I also couldnt believe how well the boat handled and there was no steering torque at all, even at wot. Just wanted to share my results, hope this helps someone.

Have you ever tried a 25 Fury on your boat? Just wondering how those two would compare in performance.

Yep I have a 25 fury that I can run about 70-71, it is a good runner too but I hit my limter occasionally with it so I usually only run it when the boat is loaded. I really want to get a 25 razor4 I just like the way it handled at all speeds and it should carry a load better too, it would make a good prop for when my friend comes along and brings 150 lbs worth of gear .

I ran it at 3.5 and 3" and didn't see much of a difference in speed. Still had plenty of wp so I could have come up a little more.

How did you like the Razor 3? I thought about buying one to try for my rig.
