To start I don't have the model # off the Motor handy because I'm at work, I runn a 2000 225 fic which has been treating me fine. My last trip out it seemed like the fuel pump was working longer and more frequently on the start ups. After looking at the Fuel bulb I could see where fuel was leaking from the ends of the line that conect to the bulb.

I removed the bulb last night and cut an inch off both ends and reintall the bulb with the arrow pointing towards the engine, but now it will not prime when it is pumped.

My question is this, is there a trick to priming it after the fuel is bleed out ?
