Not on my 2006-206. It's a dummie plate. As for a fuse, the only one I know of is in the rear of the boat in the batt. compartment. If there were any more they are probably in-line for a component.

Looks just like the one in my 2005 196.

I should have been more specific, it is a push button reset breaker panel, not a fuse panel, and it will work for your boat.
