70DV with down view and Panoptix?

I've done some reading but havn't found the answer to this question.

I have a 70DV at Bow and a 70S at console. I'm wanting to put panoptix on the bow. Can I still run down view transducer with the panoptix?

Garmin site says that Panoptix comes with "network" cable. Could this be plugged into the bow unit along with the 8 pin DV transducer?

Yes you can run the panoptics and the dv. Keep in mind that if you have your units networked you will need a garmin network expander as the 70's only have the 1 port for sharing data.

They can plug straight as the 70's have a network port on the back
