Older Champion Seats

I was considering updating my seats, currently the original 1987 seats are almost defect free, however do show a little wear on the backs. The original seat has a square frame across the front and sides that bring the bottom up to the lip of the underseat storage. Question, is there anyone making replacements with this bottom "frame" or would it be cost effective to have them re-upholstered (hope that's spelled right!).

I have read in several post that Dean's was the original source or can make replcements. Has anyone replaced theirs? Suggestions?

Deans does great work, and are good people. Had seats in my 98 203 done, they look great, will be taking them my 99 to do soon.

Dean's does great work and made your originals. All they need is your HIN and can match exactly...
