1992 190 DCR SETUP

Ok so i just bought a 1992 190DCR project and am almost done after new wiring hoses etc. it has a 1991 200efi on it with a laser II 23p prop what would be an awesome jackplate to run on it with a budget? id like to have mid 60's out of this boat. i was told i should get high 60's possibly low 70's with a good setup so i leave it up to you guys for suggestions. thanks

6" Rapid Jack plate with champ offset, or other plate with trim extenders

3 1/2" shaft below pad.

25M yamaha prop, ditch the lazer.

66 or so mph, you won't see 70, sorry.
