    rooster tail low

My rooster tail is only about foot high at WOT. 2001 Champion 193 DC 2001 Johnson 200 68.2 GPS 5950 RPMS> Should my rooster be higher to the top of the cowling? My prop shaft is 3.5 inches below pad. Im running a 24 Raker.

    Re: rooster tail low (Lea)

Thank you all for the help. Like I said i am dialed in as good as I can. I will be at the AZ boat show in phx on the 24th Saturday for Champion. I also heard my rep from Champion was laid off with a bunch others. I am worried for Genmar. I am pushing some deals Saturday. I will post some pics later on if i can.

Actually it is about 3 ft high but isnt to the top of the cowling. It is high when i first get going but then the bow kicks up and it lowers. I dont think that I need it any higher.
