Do this if you're ever thinking of selling your champion !!

At one point, I was thinking of getting rid of my Champ. It was more about the engine than the boat, and I finally have the motor really dialed in... so I am off that kick. But here's what I did this past weekend: I went to some Gander MT's. in the area, Bass Pro Shops and a couple of other boat dealers to kill some time while the boss shopped. I sat in several boats on the showroom floor... You know, just climbed in, put my hands on the wheel, reached for the throttle, bait box, livewell, rod lockers, ... everything (for about 3 minutes). I'm not going to bash any other boats... but I gotta say: Just sitting on the trailer, all those other boats felt awful in sooooo many ways... I'll never get rid of my champ unless she dies or I'm upgrading to another....

There's only a "few" (3) bassboats I would consider buying.

Obviously Champion is one of them!

I agree. I didn't know much about bass boats when I bought my Champ. My previous boats were a tracker and then a nitro 901. Those boats got the job done, but were no where near the quality of my champ. I do the same thing as derwood. I go look at other boats and I really see what I have.

usually sticker price keeps me very content with the boat i have. Besides i like my boat and im way to cheap to borrow money for one.

NEVER sit behind the wheel of an Allison BasSport Pro...this is the only boat that could have made me trade in my Champ 210 Elite!

    You've been warned...

Darn Rob, I gotta see this Allison someday, if it would make you sell your 210Elite I would like to see it in action on the Potomac..Maybe next spring that is if you don't upgrade again...

I just dropped the old girl off to get winterized... Basketball season is just around the corner, and I barely have time to sit on the toilet, let along hunt the 'eyes like one should. BH - haven't heard anything in a couple of weeks on the "other" old girl... I think I like mine better...
