Champion owner killed on Lake Fork yesterday

/yesterday Gerald Schooler from the Lake Fork area was t-boned by a Blazer and killed, he was driving a Champ 196, his nephew was with him but survived, the blazer owner also survived, the blazer t-boner the champ right at the drivers seat. Sad day on Fork.

wow...... .......it's a sad day when you leave your house for a fun trip fishing with another family member, and don't come back.

People MUST always use caution at all times! Especially when these bassboats with their HUGE motors on their backs get someone who doesn't use caution behind the wheel.

I heard the same, but boat lanes on Fork are null and void in my book, natural markers have gone away, lane markers aren't correct, the whole lane picture has changed bad in the last couple of years, i've been fishing it for 8 years and still get nervous in the lanes, if you follow your gps--you will get hurt. I bought a overlay card from L&L Interprise which is TRUELY accurate!! I advise anyone who might fish Fork a few times a year to spent the 37.00 for the card.
