As I stated in my last post, I have a 1992 184 w/ a merc 200EFI. I just hung this motor a couple of weeks ago and have been trying to get sorted out. Here is where I am at, hole shot is horrible, once it does get up on plane it hauls. I have the motor 3.5" below pad with a 3 blade 26P rapture. Any suggestion on what I might try to get the hole shot better. The motor is turning 2000 to 2200 while trying to plane out at WOT. Like said once it does plane out it hauls with good water pressure.
