Ignition Switch for a '96 Ranger 372XT/'96 Johnson Fast Strike 150

I'm looking for an ignition switch for my '96 Ranger 372XT (with a '96 Johnson Fast Strike model J150GLEDB)...this switch was originally manufactured by Pollak and is a 5 terminal switch with push to choke.

Problem is, the switch was a single unit with a 2 5/8 square plastic mount that is screwed into the dashboard with 2 phillips screws (reads "PUSH KEY IN FOR FULL CHOKE" on the top and "IGN" on the bottom. The switch was fed into a hole in the dashboard and then the square plastic mount was then screwed down using the phillips screws. This provided the rigidity needed to use the ignition switch.

Any ideas? Any used ignition switches out there that met these requirements?

I needed the same switch recently...saw some on eBay but came to find out my dealer had one in stock.
