Cajun Hand Rail Mounts

I have a 95 Cajun Fish n Ski. I have the standard hand rails up front. Im thinking of adding a smaller hand rail on both sides of the boat on the back. The reason is to be able to add rail mounted rod holders and be able to adjust them along the rail. Does anyone know where I could get some of these. Would want them to look exactly like the ones up in the front. Are they just all standard? Didnt know if Cajun made specific ones or not.

Or should I just add two flush mounts on both side of the back of the boat and forget about the hand rail?
