What type of souveniers? Authentic "Cajun (Mastercrafters)" souveniers are rare. In addition, bewaqre, there is another boat manufactuer presently using the "Cajun" name.
As far a "generic" Cajun souveniers I live in Lafayette, LA. The local tourist bureau calls it "The Heart of Acadiana" Cajun souveniers are part of every tourist stop, truck stop, restaurant in town. In addition, I am an alumni of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, The sports "nickname" is the "Ragin Cajuns" and have a lot of stuff.
You can Google Cajun Souveniers and get a lot of generic stuff that you might like.
Better yet, I suggest a visit to South Louisiana outside New Orleans. It's been two years since the big storms. Even then, in Lafayette during Katrina it barely rained, little wind, absolutely no flood damage. During Rita it was a little worse but the most damage in Lafayette was landscape (downed trees) and power lines. Most of our effect was taking care of our neighbors who fled and relocated from damaged area.
I used to own a Cajun and wanted a nice coat. I got a hold of the artwork and took it to an embroidery shop. They scanned it in and did some nice work for me. Since the comapnay no longer exists, you should have little problem getting someone to replicate the logo and stitch it into the coat of your choice.
