    My floor needs help!

My floor is completely shredded. I was wondering if anyone had ever successfully split the top and bottom to replace the wood? Or is there a better way? It is a 78' Mack bass ski combo and I'm afraid it wont go back together. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should look at the "Bassboat Restoration" page on this site. Several guys have done that, and give detailed procedures and photo's of their projects. Good Luck!
