2. No, but rounded top cap added weight compared to the flat top cap models.
3. If Keith wanted too, sure they could, but Blazer is just not in that game or have they ever been due to lack of warranty and liabilty reasons on building light weight boats. Blazer has always been in between the really go-fast rigs and true die hard tourny rigs.
