    2007 210 w/ 250hpdi speeds

Ran my boat Saturday monring and was able to get 76mph (GPS) @ 5500 / 18psi. I am currently 1" below pad and I really think this is going to be the sweet spot. I think I may get my prop pitched down just a little to get my RPM's up and maybe improve my holeshot a little. This was with a livewell full of water, about 30 gallons of fuel. The ride was nice and smooth.

I am running a 27 TXP and that was with me only in the boat with all my tackle, 30 gallons of fuel, and a livewell full of water and fish. I definately can get more out of her but just proud of myself from where I started.

Yeah, get it pitched down to a 26. The 26 TXP runs great on the 210/250 combos.

My '05 210/250HPDI has managed to hold 78mph for a 5 mile run, 2 people, full tourney load in cool weather. 75-77 was the norm. Since the powerhead popped, I haven't hit that again, but I think my throttle linkage isn't quite getting full throttle. This past weekend I was running 74mph, 2 people, more than full tourney load (spare trolling motor, more tackle than Bass Pro shops, etc.) with slick glass water, 84 degrees plus water temp, 95 air temp. I run a 27 TXP now with a nick or two in it. I'd say 76 is good, and you should be able to inch your way up a few more.
