Blazer question

I have found a 1999 202 pro v blazer with a 150 merc on it. The boat looks like a new one, everything works great on the boat and I can buy it for $8000.00. The boat has been garaged kept for the life of the boat and it is a one owner boat. The owner told me when he bought the boat he wanted the 150 hp because he does not like going fast on the water. The boat is in my price range but I do like going fast so I would want to upgrade the motor to a 225 hp. He has a lowrance 332c gps with it and said he has seen 63 mph with the gps. I have never owned a blazer and could you give me a little info about this boat please like ride, handling, rough water ride, pros and cons.

How fast do you want to go? I have the same setup and run mid 60's but put a big motor on there and work with Greg and you can go 90's. Just like racing, you can go as fast as your wallet will allow with that 202. Speed = $$$$$ in any sport.

No matter the speed you'll love the Blazer its a great boat.
