2010 Texas BassCat Owners Event!! NEW INFO!

Hello everyone and thank you for taking interest in the 2010 Texas BassCat Event. While this event is based in Texas, we welcome all BCB owners to come enjoy our community, the competition, and giving to charity.

    After a week of letting our participants vote on the host lake, we have closed the polls and set our details. So without further delay;

    <font size="2">Lake Bob Sandlin</font>
    <font size="2"><font color="red">November 6th</font></font>
    <u><font size="3">Titus County Public Ramp - Host Ramp</font> </u>

For more information on the lake location or the host ramp, simply click on either name.

    <font size="2"><font color="red">Entry Fee:</font></font>
    <font size="2"><font color="blue">$125.00</font></font>

10% of all entry fee's and sponsor dollars will be donated to charity. While we are yet to determine the charity, one will be decided in the next week or two.

This year, the entry fee will cover a fully catered meal that will be available to our participants at weigh in. This is a top of the line BBQ catering company, so youll want to stick around for it. http://www.chuckwagoncuisine. You will also be provided ice tea, water, and soft drinks.

    <font size="2"><font color="red">First Place:</font></font>
    minimum <font size="2"><font color="red">$1,000.00 guaranteed</font></font>

This year, with the help of our great sponsors, we again are able to guarantee at least a $1,000.00 first place prize. While we are geared towards an event built around community and charity, as fisherman we are all a but competitive. Heres a little help to keep it that way! Just ask last year winners

    <font size="2"><font color="red">Sponsors:</font></font>
This year, the sponsors have stepped up above their commitments from last year to help bring BCB owners the best event possible. As they support us, remember to support them when possible.

    R & R Marine (need logo)

As of today, 9-5-10 this is as much information as we have to pass along. As new sponsors, door prizes, incentives, and other goodies come along we will relay them to you quickly. If you have any questions PLEASE ASK. Thanks for taking the time to check out our event, take care.

By the way... Last year we had a couple of Arkansas boys, Bill and Reid Prescott, come down here and take our money, trophy, and pride... Texas guys had better step it up this year!

Re: 2010 Texas BassCat Owners Event!! (tdr2)

Guys, please be sure to go to the main BCB Board and vote on which lake you would prefer to fish for TBCOE on November 6, 2010.

We had 54 boats last year and everyone seemed to have a great time and we want to work to make it even better this year if possible.

Re: 2010 Texas BassCat Owners Event!! (billius)

Jaylaw, we'd love to have you anytime. Bill, you need to "work this in" to your busy schedule. That new boat NEEDS to see some more Texas water since it's maiden voyage when you picked it up from Cliff!!

I sure wish I could get back to SEBCOG this year but once again the housing industry has NOT been kind again this year. I KNOW you guys will have fun. Kelly and all of the other guys working with him have done a superb job and I am glad to see you guys throwing your continued support behind SEBCOG and ALL of the hard work that goes into pulling that off. Thomas and I SURE know what that is like.

If any of you guys can work it out as an addition to your SEBCOG event, we'd LOVE to have you come join us. It WILL be fun!

Re: 2010 Texas BassCat Owners Event!! (TexaBamaBass)

Kelly, no stealing here my man. Looks like you guys are gonna have a GREAT time at G'Ville. I sure wish I could make the trip to be with you guys.

Thomas and I are VERY busy trying to get things nailed down for TBCOE here in Texas. We are very hopeful to see another great turnout. Several details are already in place and we are working behind the scenes on many others. Fortunately all of our BIG $$ sponsors are back from last year and one of them DOUBLED their commitment from last year. (we are very appreciative and thankful). We've booked a fantastic BBQ guy to come serve us his awesome BBQ after the tournament. We tried grilling last year and it was overwhelming. (One of the things we learned NOT to try again)

I can't wait to see what else you guys have in the making. I hope you guys have an awesome turnout. SEBCOG is a very fun event and anyone who comes will certainly enjoy themselves.

Looks like a great time and I am sick that I wont be able to make it due to hunting plans I have scheduled with my daughter for the opening weekend of deer season and I cant miss that, she's 16 and its hard to get dad worked into her busy schedule...

Should be a good tourney and a great lake!!!

    Good luck guys!

Mudbone, really sorry you won't be able to make it to be with us. Your daughter is definitely a PRIORITY! My baby girl is 25! I was fortunate that she preferred fishing over hunting. :-)

    Look for us next time!
