    Shout Out to Lee Sanderson and Sanderson Marine

    I know many of you already know this, but ya gotta rate Sanderson marine (Hopewell, Va) at the top when it comes to customer service!!

    I bought my Gambler from Lee 6 years ago, and dont really havent spent any money with him since then.

    I went to him this morning with a "oil injection problem" and they didnt hesitate to fit me in right then.

    He once again saved my Lake Anna vacation week for me while having to put up with my BSing for an hour and a half

    Of course, Clay did all the work and Lee cashed the check....but hey...ya gotta do what ya gotta do!!!

    Thanks Lee, you guys are 1st rate

    I've never had the pleasure of meeting him, but you get a sense of his class just in his assistance and posts that he makes on these forums. Nice to know there are people who enjoy what they do and are willing to help out customers and folks in general.

    you wont find a nicer and more honest person in the biz.....ive taken my bullet there a number of times and it was a GREAT experience each time.

    Its tough for me to keep in touch with Lee because he is 3 1/2 hours away, but EVERY time I have had to go see him, he has been a pleasure to deal with, and I leave his shop completely satisfied!!

    I dont know if I will ever be in the market for a new boat (semi-retired), but Lee would be my 1st stop for sure.

    Its not just Lee, its the ENTIRE group...Lee, Clay, and Donna.

    I was in the shop, and work had started 1/2 hour before Lee even showed up for work

    Again..GREAT JOB guys

    Never meet the man but have great respect for his knowledge about boats especially Allison's. It is good to have dealers offer their help on boards like this. If I ever get enough (Obama) money to upgrade my 150 powered 2003. I know he will be there to help with questions.

    He said you and his brother raced against each other years ago. I just can't remember his first name. He laughed about it cuz I guess the 2 of you were really competitive against each other and it was a rivalry. He runs a Gambler. He spoke highly of you. Craig

    I grew up over the last 30+ years watching Lee. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into the little shop he started in at Ozborn Landing on the James River just to ask him some dumb question and no matter how dumb it was he was always there to take a few minutes to talk about it. He has fixed a many a prop, installed a few jackplates and anything else I needed done. I have stood in the new place window shopping the pretty new Allisons many times. Lee has always given me a hard time about not buying one, but never turned his back because I didn't. He is one class act. Lee, believe it or not I just may break down and buy that Allison this spring!
