1991 Allison info needed

Guys,

Here locally is a 1991 Allison for sale. The guy says it's 21ft w/ 250 mercury. What kind of speeds will this boat get? I haven't seen the boat in person yet and I don't know if it has a jackplate or what setback it may be. He is asking $9500, but again I haven't seen the boat so I don't know what kind of shape it is in yet. Is this a good ballpark price?

i would be questioning the motor... merc didnt make a 250 back then...

if it is a 21' then it is an xtb-21 and the price is ok, assuming the motor checks out

Thanks, I was questioning the motor anyway b/c the guy said the cowl didn't match the motor and such.
