Any chance any of you guys running the Allison's were fishing on the Ohio River out of Golconda IL a couple weekends ago? I was thinking I had seen at least one of you talking about fishing down there before. The reason I ask is there was a guy running what I think was the new model that looks like a standard bassboat layout. I was wanting to talk to him and check it out. It had a 250XS on it. I seen it tied up there on the bank but I missed him somehow. I've never been an Allison fan because I like a traditional layout but that thing was a sweet looking ride. I was just wanting to check it out and see how they were layed out. Wouldn't mind seeing what 90 or 100 mph in a bassboat felt like either.
I bet a rig like that has one heck of a price tag though. But I have to say that was a dang good looking rig. What is that quick draw rod storage thing they talk about on them also? They look like they have some very innovative features that most boats don't.
