I am from the Successbass Club in California and we are talking over the idea of putting on a little tournament/clinic for youths. The idea is we have boaters and assign two kids 10 to 15 year old to a boat and do a little 3-4 hour tournament. Need some ideas from getting started to ending. How do we get sponsers, prizes (alhough we have a pretty good community that helps out) maybe some fishing companies... Any help will be appreciated..
