ODU Magazine last week released it's first digital boat buyer's guide. It has a few boats (20+) and a lure guide as well. It's free to read. Here is the link: http://www.odumagazine.com/Mag...e2012/![]()

Loving this magazine. This issue is great. Now if I could afford all those boats and all the brand new tackle that would be great!![]()

There must be some mistake, there are two cookie cutter Nitros in there. All I ever hear about on here is how bad they are.![]()

Nitro's ummm I love cookies.
1998 nitro 912 DC summit edition , motor guide tour 109, mercury efi 225.
I had the choice between a Ranger, a Champion, and a Charger for a 19' 6" boat, same approximate year/HP, drove them all, and chose the Charger for the ride comfort for my wife, and the 225 Yam pushes it as fast as I want to go ~68. When these publications do not include Charger, I pretty much consider them to be just regurgitating old stuff, not really doing any research, and I largely disregard them.
If you want a different circus you have to change the clowns.

I feel the same way. Even though I have a Champion now, I used to own a Charger and they are one of the best riding boats out there.
My favorite color is clear.
Thank you to all BBC readers for sending me a few PM's about our digital magazine and boat edition, asw ell as the messages that were posted. Next year we hope to have an even more diverse edition which ties in more boats and specialty models. We will continue throughout the year to list any models manufactures send to use with a generous boat description on ODU Fishing News, so feel free to pass the word to your favorite boat manufacture.
