Went fishing last night, (got soaked - it rained hard for an hour) and came home early (my partner forgot his rain gear). Put the boat in the garage. I have to trim the motor down all the way and remove the tongue (Rangertrail trailer) to get it in the garage. Get a call today from my son that says the garage door won't open because the front of the boat is pushed up against the door. Apparantly, the motor trimmed itself up (I'm assuming moisture made something go hay wire) and actually pushed the boat forward. Looked at it for minute this afternoon, (had meetings this evening) and went back and my son had got the garage door up and now the motor is trimmed all the way up, pushing the boat a few more inches forward.. I still have to wait until I get back home to check it out, but I get no sound from the trim unit. Could I have a fuse fried or could it be the trim? Any takers?

Thanks for your help.
