Any tax pro's in the house ?

I filed on turbo tax .
Now they have offset my taxes for a student loan of my wifes . The thing is she went to school for only 3 weeks and found out she was prego and had to give it up.
She never received any kind of payment ,check nor anything else that would be considered as a a payment/money to us.
While she works this out with the school IRS told me that I can file injured spouse form 8379.
I have the form filled out except part 3 . I dont understand the allocating part of this and so forth.

Part III is where you allocate income and deductions. Columns b and c need to add back to the joint return. IM me if you have any specific questions.
