Whats the reasons the pre rapala wiggle warts are so much desirable over the new ones?
molds were off a little bit, caused them to kick out more often instead of just running true. Rapala came in, changed the molds, changed how the baits were joined, and then they fished differently. Still catch fish, but like most things when you can't get them any more they become mystical.
I have both, and only use them in the spring anymore.

Yea, the pre Rapala seemed catch more fish for me.

I don't know, guess we'll find out at the rock next weekend. Alex dropped some sweet money on some pre-rapalas. We'll see how they measure up to my new WWs and Luck-e-strike Wart hogs

I've got 2 of the Pre Rapala and 2 of the newer ones I can't tell a difference in my catch rate.

I'm waiting till they are fifty a peice, then I'm selling my stash and catching just as many fish on a 7A Bomber.
