Difference between ipad Navionics $34.99 and Navionics $49.99

Both say HD, when I search Navionics, I click on the $34.99 Marine and Lakes USA app. Once redirected to that page, on the left side where it shows the types of Navionics apps for other countries etc, the app on the top says Navionics Marine and Lakes USA, so I click on it. This is where I dont get it....this app says HD in the Navionics logo just as the other one did, the screen shots shown are the same as the other one, but the price is $49.99??? What;s the difference other than the price?

The only thing that I see different is that the $34.99 version says updates to this version will be available providedthat the device is updated with iOS 4.3 or higher, but I don't se where that would reflect a price difference.
