Here is the situation.
There is a state wide annual fishing tournament which it runs once a year frequently hosted by local bass clubs. This local fishing club wants to host the tournament in 2013 but no one can attend to the meeting next week to place a bid. So, the proxy letter is used along with a check of members' membership fee. The letter was written and signed by the local club's Vice President and mailed to the corresponding state wide annual fishing club. All is well, but one raise an issue that the letter should come from the corresponding secretary of the local club, not VP. So, what is your take?
