When the rpms get to 1800 - 2000 the motor starts missing over that and it runs fine.
Also when loading on the trailer when I hit the gass the motor dies then a second or two and the rpms come up and I can load the boat. What could it be ?

Take it to your dealer and ask him to have a tech call the factory hot line about obtaining an improved throttle opening cam to smooth out the trottle operation in the 1500-2000 rpm range.

Also ask the tech to load the latest software update (#92343) that came out last week. The factory is sending letters out to all registered owners of the small block V6's to get the latest software upgrade . This applies to serial numbers below 5167082 for the 150 and is explained in service bulletin 2006-03 W .

If the follow the bulletin's instructions, when you get the boat back, there should be a black mark on the upper right corner of the large yellow tag on your EMM showing that the software upgrade was done.
