While browsing websites on my old android phones the pages would adjust as i zoomed in so that everything fit. The iphone/pad doesnt do that. When i zoom in far enough to be able to read text i have to scroll sideways back and forth to read. Is there a setting i am missing to correct this?
How large was the screen on your droid? 8 1/2 x 11? I don't see how you can zoom on a normal smart phone screen and read the whole page without scrolling.

No, the page would change. 8 words per line would change to 6 etc
Double tap on what you want to read. That's the way I do it. The article will blow up to fit the screen.
I usually turn the iPad or iPhone to landscape. Makes it easier to read!

That's what I do too, on my iPad now and everything looks normal.

Still doesnt rearrange text and make it larger. Just another Appple limitation i guess i will have to get used to
