what kind of service do they give? I never used T Mobile and they have a good deal going right now. I look forward to when I can replace Verizon to better and cheaper.

Can't tell you much about the plans but for nationwide service, I think you'll have a hard time beating Verizon coverage. If you mostly stay in metro areas, then TMobile should be fine.
Some people are so judgemental. You can tell just by looking at 'em.--Some random meme
I have t-mobile for business. 5 lines cost damn near one line with data on verizon. For the techs, its great. They don't need data coverage. Around here, i would give it a B on service. It drops calls from time to time but so does verizon. Its gotta be the hills

Check a coverage map before you consider it. Verizon and AT&T are the only ones with anything like full coverage. TM is just spots around big cities.
I've got T-Mobile, and it seems to work ok except at my house...usually 0 to 1 bars of connectivity inside, with 2 if the mini-blinds and windows are open. I can go out in the truck and get 2 or maybe 3 bars, which is ok. I've noticed that the connectivity is wonderful any place where the T-Mobile stores are located. All in all, I don't have a major problem with this, because my son put us on his family plan and pays the bill.![]()

Don't bother me, I'm screwing for virginity.
I killed a 12-pack just to watch it die.
I switched from Verizion to T Mobile about 3 years ago and have been very pleased with my reception, customer service, etc.![]()
99.9% of the time if you have service issues with Verizon it will be worse with another carrier... FYI... There are rare instances when another carrier is better, but not typically. Sometimes it is as simple as radio issues in the phone. Also Verizon is upgrading equipment to 4g in lots of areas, and there have been some rather frequent service hicups...
T-Mobil as it is now wonÂt be around much longer. The Germans want out of the US market and tried to do the deal with AT&T, that got scuttled but they still want to do a deal. When a deal gets done it may be great for customers, or they may just shut down and auction off their most valuable asset, the spectrum.
Skid I had t-moble for a couple years, I had good service while on the road. (interstates) But get off the beat path nothing. That was a bummer when you are making a boat delivery and can't get the customer. Example rt. 86 from VA. line to I-85 in NC I had no bars at all.![]()
We had T-Mobile for about 7yrs and when it was time to renew our contract two years ago, we were considering staying with Tmobile or switching to another carrier. I asked the customer service rep that I was speaking, since I had been a outstanding customer for the past 7yrs, what would they do for me to convince me to stay, their reply was "Nothing, we wont do anything to keep you". Needless to say we are currently with Verizon, though that may change, as Sprint offers more for the same money we are paying now.

wife works for them...service all depends on your location. They began as a urban service provider ( voicestream and similar to modern day Cricket or Boost mobile) and was not real good in outlaying areas.
their service in outlaying areas has improved, but is still not as good as the big boys like Verizon.
Though the deal failing with AT&T gives them 3 billion in roaming capability that they did not have before...so in the next 6 months their outlaying service capability should improve considerably.
They still have one of the best customer service ratings in the biz...and I personally feel it is warranted.
