Punch skirt rings?

Trying to find some rings for punch skirts? Anyone know where to find them?

So I have the ability to make skirts now. Looking at those hubs, if I were to make my skirts it seems that I would just need to insert the hub through my holding ring. Yes???

Try and get some pop rivet, pull the pin out of it and use the collar!
Alittle braid or craft wire to tie it up with and your good 2 go!

I make my punch skirts using the collar and the rings. Works great. The answer is yes!!
