    Customer service at it's best.

    Just another reason, IMO that PowerPole was the right choice. I had a minor issue (self inflicted I'm pretty sure) and after a short period of time had more than enough info to correct it. Just wanted to say thank you to Branden and Scott at Power Pole and Rich at Hydrilla Gear. They are all three top notch when it comes to customer service.
