Well after a late start and the best 2 hours of fishing I have had in a long time(4 fish all over 4 pounds) went to crank up to the other side of the lake, halfway there started hearing a little knock that got louder and started losing RPM's. Throttled back and idled back to the ramp, didnt want to do any more harm than I could to help the techs. Ran it to a dealer on the way home I have never been to, to find some of the nicest people I have ever met, stayed after closing to take a look at it, ran it and the knock was worse, sayed looked like the #5 cylinder was done. They said BPR wants them to do some fuel checks and something with the exhaust cooling line, but looks like it will need a new power head from what he has seen. He said BPR will have one overnighted after he calls them and will be back on the Water by Thursday, cant complain about that. BPR really seems to take care of there customers. I knew I jinx myself on another post when I said I never had any problems, but its still the best motor I have ever had, just letting all you other 150 HO owners know about it. It seemed how can I put this more comforting having read alot of post about similar problems in the past, when it happened, I didnt get pissed, I said i bet i know what the problem is . That is why I thank all of you for your posting on your experiences cause one day down the road its bound to happen to someone else, and having somewhat of a clue what it is is better than not knowing at all.
Thanks Matt
