Ive done over 2000 Ebay transactions with perfect feedback. Ive never done a "make offer ". Its a 130 dollar tool with a Buy it now tag thats used but appears to be intact. Its a tough to find piece. The size of the tool has me thinking that the freight may be more than the Buy It now price. In that case Im not interested without some gaurentees. What im afraid of is the guy will charge 200 plus for crating and freighting if I low ball him..
