ETEC BACK UP AND RUNNING, 225HO

BLEW THE OL 225 ETEC HO 2005 LAST THURSDAY EVENING. (#2 CYLINDER) BUT THE TURN AROUND WAS GREAT, THE GUYS AT BUNCH MARINE HAD IT READY TUESDAY EVENING, SO 3 BUSINESS DAYS WITHOUT FISHING WAS NOT TOO BAD. WELL SEE HOW SHE GOES,RAN GREAT THIS EVENING, THE ONLY BAD THING SO FAR IS THE DARN DOUBLE OIL XD 100 AGAIN, THAT CAN GET EXPENSIVE. BUT IT IS HARD TO COMPLAIN WITH THE TURN AROUND AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS MOTOR, THAT IS WHEN IT IS ON THE WATER.

Great news! Way to go Bunch Marine and BRP!

Bryan...May be a little expensive for the double oil XD 100 NOW, but in the long run you won't be using as much oil as other engines will be using, so that'll show up as a savings for you. Hats off to Bunch Marine for their excellent customer service and fast turn-around time.

What caused the #2 to let go. Arent the 225 HO's supposed to be bulletproof!

Nothing is bulletproof from anyone, but these are pretty darn close.

If something does happen, it only takes a couple of days before you have an entire new fully dressed powerhead shipped and installed which means you probably don't even miss a fishing trip. That is customer service done right. Kudo's to BRP and Bunch Marine.
