    They are still biting....

    I was out on the the Mississippi River pool 12 on Saturday with a buddy and we had 12 keepers or so with my biggest being just under 4 lbs. The surface temp was about 44.5 when we started, but got up to 46 by the end of the day.



    I'm thinking it may have been the last trip of the year.

    Its my favorite time of year too, but I just wish the days were longer and it didn't end so soon. I sure don't miss battling the pleasure boat waves thats for sure.
