The Q.C. Times said the they were closing the locks down from pool
13 down to pool 18.
I just caught a blurb on the radio this morning. I saw that also but it still looks like pool 13 will be open. Did you catch if it was just for commercial traffic or all traffic.

I seen it said barge traffic but I have never seen them not stop just one or the other, maybe this is first

What I've seen alot is they go around and close the ramps.
State and Feds, That limits a bunch. I've put in at Browns in
Spring Lake before when the other ramps were closed.
(but don't tell anybody)
