Well..... It was better than I expected, but not much. We did catch a decent number of keepers friday. Mostly on buzzbait and jerkbaits. Senkos were producing as well. As the weekend went on the fishing got worse though. May have had something to do with the pressure or the 3,726 different weather fronts that rolled through. Monday we went out for blue gills. I normally couldn't care less about anything other than bass but I had a blast catching gills and red ears. me & my brother boated 30 good keepers in about 3 hours of fishing. Dew worms on gold hooks. They have moved up on the beds so they are pretty easy right now. The biggest bass of the weekend was a late spawner that hit a buzzbait. She went about 4lbs. Water temp was 74 and mostly clear with about 3 feet visiblility.
