Need the pro's to look at my engine diagnostics numbers

I have the printout of my engine diagnostics, need you guys to take a look and see if you find anything out of spec, low readings, high readings, concerns etc.

    2002 Vmax HPDI 200 2.6L

    engine speed: 750 rpms
    fuel pressure (5.0+/-0.8): 4.69
    fuel pressure (725+/-116): 684.97
    ignition timing: BTDC 4
    oxygen sensor voltage (0-1.0): 0.22
    TPS voltage (0.5-4.5): 0.64
    throttle valve opening (0-90): 2.9
    fuel injection duration: 1.10
    water temp (below 90): 52.3 C
    water temp (below 194): 126.2 F
    intake temp (below 70): 18 C
    intake temp (below 158): 64.4 F
electric oil pump: low (the external reservoir was 1/2 full, weird reading)
All cylinders firing, except #2-#3 (neutral)

    Total hours of operation: 347

I have put a lot of money into this motor this year and just 2 months ago fuel filters, low pressure fuel pumps replaced (not rebuilt), trim/tilt rebuild, lower unit rebuild, and it just doesn't seem to be running smooth anymore. Shifts hard into gear from neutral, idles rough/shake, slight hiccup sometimes on holeshot, just to name a few. Always use Ring Free Plus, Startron, and Yamalube. Plugs changed October 2011. WOT runs strong still. Just getting up there in hours, and I want/need this motor to last many moons. Thanks guys!

I am not a pro by any stretch. You said you replaced the filters, but did not mention which ones. If you have not replaced the strainer and vst filter you need to. The only reason I mention this is my vst filter gave me holeshot stall at 350 hours.

Replaced those filters as well. Really just want to know if the numbers on my diagnostics show any concern for anything.

Thanks, Yeah I know there isnt alot of info there. Thats all they gave me though. Does the O2 sensor reading seem to be low? I thought it was supposed to be at or above 0.3? Mine is at 0.2.

the motor was probably not running for long as the heating element side of the sensor heats up the readings will change and stabilize, i would not worry about it if it's running good, the 02 sensor on the hpdi is only looked at 1500 rpm's and lower
