Used 250 SHO prices

I have a line on a used 250 SHO with around 3 hrs on a new fully dressed powerhead just installed by Yamaha. Around 60 hrs total on rest of motor. Seller is looking for $15,250.
Anybody have a sense if that price is 'about right' - high or low - and I know, subject to a Yam mechanic looking at it?

Get with LMC marine in Houston. They had a demo 250 HP SHO this spring for $12,500 but it sold in a hurry.
