I have a 2000 OX66 Vmax, I have had it for a year now and it just recently strated losing RPMs at WOT. Motor doesn't miss or run rough. At first it goes like its suppose to and then it will drop from 5800 to 5000 rpm, if I let off the hot foot and then shove it to the floor it will go back to 5800 but then tapers off to 5000. Not sure what is causing this please help. Only does this at WOT. I can also play with the trim and it will pick back up for a little bit.

i would think fuel pumps first followed closely by O2 sensor.

+1...had the same issue when I had my EFI...
My 2001 150 did something similar and then it would die. Sounds like a fuel issue. I replaced the fuel pumps and now she runs like a champ. Also cleaned the O2 sensor while I was at it.
