    Slow starting issue

Mama always said there's no dumb question, so here it goes. My 2007 25hp 2 stroke is becoming a pain in the butt to start on cold mornings. When new, she would fire right up within seconds. Now, I have to crank on it for what seems like an eternity while clogging up the ramp to get it going. After she has been running, she'll fire right up and go. I've always used fuel conditioner and bulb is staying primed, so I don't think it's a fuel issue. My next guess is I just need to change my plugs, which has never been done. I know, shame on me, it'll get done tonight. Does this sound like symptoms of old plugs, or is there something else I should be looking at?
