hey guys, I've got a 98 Skeeter ZX202 with dual tanks and just recently replaced a blown ProV with a newer HPDI. My issue started with the ProV being that I would step on the hot foot to get out of the hole and there would a 3 second or so delay before the engine would "kick in" and go. I chalked that up to there being something wrong with the motor. It always started fine, idled fine and accelerated fine as soon as it was out of the hole. Also, if I didn't have the trailer backed down into the launch far enough it would just sit there on the bunks with the throttle wide open runnin at about 3000 rpms like it was trying to turn a 30 pitch prop. (I'm runnin a 25M by the way). Anyway, I put the new motor on and same thing! Could this be a fuel delivery problem and if so. are there pick ups within the tanks themselves that can get clogged? I've replaced my bulb a few times over since this problem started but never the fuel lines. I've also got a valve back there that transfers between both tanks. 90% of the time I am runnin both tanks. thanks for the input!
