2006-2007 VMAX Prop Thrust Washer TSB???

Does anyone recall or know of a TSB that came out regarding the prop thrust washer on a 07 250 Vmax? I seem to recall it had something to do with the titanium coating.

I'm looking for the TSB number and would like to get a copy of it to take to the dealer.

2008-020, Part #99999-03848-00, It is now a 2-piece washer. Nothing about coating.

Here's what happened...maybe you can shed some light as to whether or not this is the issue it was intended to fix:

Back when I first got my boat, the thrust washer rapidly wore and allowed the prop hub to contact the gear housing. This did some damage to the gear housing. The dealer replaced the thrust washer and commented that there was a TSB on this washer and mentioned something about titanium coating.

Yeah thats the TSB #. When they switch to the two piece washer nothing was mentioned about any titanium coating. However the torque WAS changed to 44 ft. lbs.
