HPDI Fuel problem casues stalling

I've an 05 225 HPDI. It seems to burn the gas inside the motor then stalls. If you re-prime then it runs for a bit longer then stalls again. It worked fine yesterday but today's tournament was a bust

I've replaced the primer bulb AND the 2 diaphrams but it still won't run correctly.

Any ideas?

It sounds like it's staved for gas but what else should be checked?

Could be your fuel line.

I followed it and there's no kinks or signs of any problems. I also changed out the racor filter tonight but i highly doubt it was caughing an issue.

When the ignition key is turned the fuel pump inside the vst doesn't run. However when i power it directly with cables it runs. I've already checked the fuse for the pump and it's fine.

Any ideas?

I had it looked at today and it seemed that the fuel pump relay was bad. The ECM and fuel pump itself seem fine. I've ordered a replacement part which should be in for thursday... that's cutting it fine for a big tournament i have this weekend but once i get it i'll reinstall it and we should be good to go.
