Anyone know where you can get a late model Yamaha key duplicated without going to the dealer?...went to Lowes and H Depot with no luck,did get some rod locker and compartment spares.

Normally just about any lock and key place will have the blanks. I doubt that you are going to get one with the black plastic outer cover on it, but I have had several made for different boats. Any locksmith should have them or be able to get them for you.
